Has your school ever hosted a Skipping Day?
Now that schools are returning after an unprecedented period we at Skipping4Life are determined to help get our children back fit and healthy. There has never been a better time to lean to skip and what better way to promote fitness and fun with the perfect social distanced exercise.
We will do everything we can to ensure the children have fun, get fit and stay safe, all rope handles will be disinfected before each class takes place and weather permitting we can work outside in the playground and fresh air.
With the alarming rate of childhood obesity making the headlines, it is vitally important that we get children moving more, however, making exercise fun for all children is not easy, this fantastic activity can do that and more! Skipping is making a comeback big style! Gone are the days when skipping was thought of as just a playground game for girls. At Skipping4Life we promote skipping as an activity for everyone. We know that skipping improves all aspects of fitness and can be enjoyed by anyone. Skipping or Jump Rope has come a long way since the traditional "playground game for girls".
Did you know?
The World Board of Skipping has applied to the Olympic Committee to include skipping as an Olympic Demonstration Sport.
Skipping4Life in Schools
Our approach to improving fitness is through having fun & providing something for everyone. Whether it is individual skills, Partner Skipping or Team Games we teach every aspect of an activity that helps to improve; fitness levels, kinesthesia, co-operation, communications skills, and self-esteem and with the alarming rate of childhood obesity, skipping is one of the best weight loss exercises around.
We know that schools like to deliver quality PE time that will appeal to all the children and Skipping 4 Life Head Coach Skippy John who has over 10 years of experience of working in Primary Schools across the Uk, will enthuse, motivate and encourage the children to discover abilities they never knew they had. He will provide your pupils with an activity that will fulfill these aims. With a variety of options to choose from, we're sure your children & staff will have a great day!
Skipping4Life coaches are CRB-registered and hold public liability insurance. Pleases do not hesitate to contact us for any further information or bookings
